The professional culinary school is open to students for both daytime and evening classes. The curriculum will be taught both 100% in-person, 100% virtual or a hybrid.
Learning to cook is about technique and skill. If you are considering our virtual programs, rest assured that trchniques can be learned in your own kitchen, following a live instructor, as you are guided through each recipe.
Don't worry you'll have plenty of time in your career to master recipes, and become a skilled professional--what you need to learn now are the skills you will master in the future.
We are now offering payment plans and flexible attendance. Weekly and monthly payments can be made and you can start the course now and finish it within two years. Once we open 100%, you can finish the rest of the program in our professional kitchen, as was intended.
Max capacity for classes is 6 people. We have enough room to make sure we are following social distancing guidelines. You will be working under a 30 foot hood that guarantees an incredible about of ventilation. All chefs and chef instructors will wear masks and gloves during their time in the kitchen. No exceptions.
Both programs will have three one week breaks: Thanksgiving, Xmas, Spring.
Every Friday @12pm we are available via Webex to talk to you about this program and to answer any questions or concerns you might have.
